Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy.


Return & Refund Eligibility (10 Days)

We accept return or refund requests within 10 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, your item must meet these conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition received
  • It must be in original packaging
  • You must provide an order number or proof of purchase

If 10 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items
  • Intimate/health items
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Gift cards

🚚 Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide:

  • A free replacement, OR
  • A full refund

You must provide photos of the issue so we can process the claim quickly.


🔄 Return Shipping (Important)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is incorrect
  • The item does not match the description

If the mistake is ours → we pay the return cost.
If the customer changed their mind → they pay the return cost.


💰 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, your order may already be processing.
